YOTH Outfits
Since we welcomed our son, we have been hosting a cosy Chinese New Year dinner at home with our friends and family as opposed to going out. Perhaps this will change as our little one gets older, but for this season of our life, this is what works for us.
What this also means, is that I don’t have as much use these days for a new CNY outfit (aside from superstition, but alas). So here are the outfits I would be thinking about if I were going out for the holiday:
Zara - NYLON MIDI DRESS WITH TIES
Gap - POPLIN DROP-WAIST MAXI SKIRT and POPLIN BOATNECK SHELL TANK TOP
Cult of 9 - PAN KNOT LONG COAT
Abercrombie - BRA-FREE DYLAN MIDI DRESS
Sau Lee - LEO SHIRT
There are so many fun options that are Asia-only releases, leaving those of us in the diaspora in NA to just try to avoid Shein and Amazon for our new clothes. But realistically this year, I’ll throw on a red top with some blue jeans and continue to only wear machine washable clothes for another year.
